Family Care is a Medicaid LTC program for older adults and adults with disabilities.
FFM
Federally Facilitated Marketplace or Federally Facilitated Healthcare Marketplace
A shopping and enrollment service for medical insurance created by the ACA in 2010.

FFS
Fee for Service
A method in which doctors and other health care providers are paid for each service performed. Examples of services include tests and office visits.
FH
Forward Health
Wisconsin's integrated health care system for low-income residents, encompassing programs like Medicaid, BadgerCare Plus, and others. Offers full benefit and limited benefit programs.
FMV
Fair Market Value
The current price that a typical interested buyer is willing to pay to purchase an item.
FoodShare
A government program that provides a cash benefit that can be used for groceries. In other states, this program is known as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP.

FPL
Federal Poverty Level
A measure of income updated annually by HHS that’s used to determine eligibility for certain programs and benefits such as Marketplace savings, Medicaid and CHIP.
FPOS
Family Planning Only Services
Program that provides low-to-no-cost sexual and reproductive health care for people with limited income to prevent unplanned pregnancies. Benefits include contraceptive services and supplies, tests and treatments for sexually transmitted diseases, and routine preventive services related to family planning.
